It’s that time of of the year,
The cold weather is starting to become less frequent and the sunny days are getting longer and warmer. Its the time of year for renewal and rejuvenation. To start getting active again if you have been a little lacking in motivation and to build on a base of fitness if you have managed to maintain some form over the winter months.
As we move into a period of increased or different activity it is not unusual to start getting some stress response from the body. A little niggle here, some tightness there. Our body grows in response to different stress that is placed upon it. From time to time we need to ensure that our mechanics are working in a constructive way to minimise injury risk and ensure efficient training and effective movements for our activities of daily living.
